Meet the People of PORCH+VINE
At Dolce, every detail of your experience is shaped by people who care deeply about food, hospitality, design, and community. Meet the passionate team bringing our vision to life.
Isaac George
PORCH+VINE Owner
Isaac George is a steward of land, hospitality, and legacy. With over 30 years as Director of Finance for IBR Corporation—his family’s business spanning farming, commercial landscaping, and property management—Isaac brings a deep understanding of operations rooted in care and sustainability.
A patron of the arts and a lover of fine food, Isaac has turned his lifelong passion for beauty, nature, and meaningful experiences into curating the region’s most historic farm stays. Porch + Vine is his expression of everything he values: excellence, connection, and the quiet joy of gathering around a well-set table.
Tony Villa
PORCH+VINE Owner
Tony Villa is a collaborator alongside Isaac in the creation of PORCH+VINE, Carriage Stone Farm, and Madeline Farms, and serves as the creative partner behind Rocking T Ranch. A stand-up comedian and seasoned performer who has toured the country, Tony brings a theatrical sense of storytelling to every guest experience. With roots in the performing arts and a deep reverence for nature, his work bridges hospitality and heart—offering immersive, elevated moments that connect people to land, food, and one another. On behalf of Porch + Vine, he also produces Luray’s beloved annual Christmas Tree Spectacular—bringing light, joy, and a little magic to Main Street.
Suzanne Chapman
Pastry Chef
Pastry Chef Suzanne brings a lifetime of love, learning, and wanderlust to every dessert she creates. A graduate of the Art Institute of Dallas with a degree in Baking and Pastry, her foundation was built long before culinary school, standing on a stool in her grandmother's kitchen, learning patience and the quiet magic of letting dough rise.
With 27 years in the hospitality industry and a career that has taken her from owning her own dessert company in Dallas to traveling the world as a flight attendant, Suzanne's culinary vision has been shaped by culture, curiosity, and a deep love for the classics with a twist. Much of that love traces back to her grandmothers, Alice and Ruth, who first put an apron on her, taught her to bake, and showed her what food could truly be. Her philosophy is simple. Make everything in-house, invoke a memory, and leave guests wanting more.
As Head Pastry Chef, Suzanne has become beloved for her elevated comfort sweets. Her famous P+V Lemon Butter Cake has become something of a legend at our table, and it is just one example of the care and craftsmanship Suzanne brings to everything she creates.
