PORCH+VINE Owner
Isaac George is a steward of land, hospitality, and legacy. With over 30 years as Director of Finance for IBR Corporation, his family’s business spanning farming, commercial landscaping, and property management, Isaac brings a deep understanding of operations rooted in care and sustainability.
A patron of the arts and a lover of fine food, Isaac has turned his lifelong passion for beauty, nature, and meaningful experiences into curating the region’s most historic farm stays. Porch + Vine is his expression of everything he values: excellence, connection, and the quiet joy of gathering around a well-set table.
Tony Villa
PORCH+VINE Owner
Tony Villa is a collaborator alongside Isaac in the creation of PORCH+VINE, Carriage Stone Farm, and Madeline Farms, and serves as the creative partner behind Rocking T Ranch. A stand-up comedian and seasoned performer who has toured the country, Tony brings a theatrical sense of storytelling to every guest experience. With roots in the performing arts and a deep reverence for nature, his work bridges hospitality and heart, offering immersive, elevated moments that connect people to land, food, and one another. On behalf of PORCH+VINE, he also produces Luray’s beloved annual Christmas Tree Spectacular, bringing light, joy, and a little magic to Main Street.
Jennifer Cosgrove
Director of Operations
With more than two decades of distinguished experience in hospitality leadership, Jennifer Michele brings a refined operational philosophy rooted in excellence, precision, and exceptional guest experiences. Her leadership style blends strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
As Director of Operations for PORCH+VINE, The Garden, and Dolce, Jennifer oversees the strategic planning and daily execution of hospitality operations across premier destinations in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley.
Jennifer believes that truly memorable experiences are built through genuine connection, consistency, and thoughtful attention to every detail. Her leadership continues to elevate some of the Blue Ridge Mountains' most distinctive hospitality destinations, inspiring guests to return year after year.
